Anyway, traffic-wise, shooting for low competition keywords as explained on the post is a great way to build up search engine traffic over time. If you publish 5-6 (or once a day) posts a week on your blog and use good keywords on titles, you’ll be seeing more and more traffic over time.

With blogspot blog it’s a bit harder, as you can’t do similar optimization of the page titles and tags as you can in WordPress with plugins, but the same principles still stand.

But before you worry too much about traffic in general, you gotta have a lot more content on your blog than you do now, so get to town and start putting content 5 times a week

Overture was a good one but it was eaten by Yahoo, so that’s more and less goner.

Wordtracker was good back in the years, but now the numbers it shows are just too low and it misses a lot of great keywords Google tool finds.

Trellian Keyword Research Tool looks like a decent one. They have a paid option too, but I’m not familiar with that.
